Hon. Judith Anne Collins is a New Zealand politician. She is the National MP for Papakura and has served in the National Party continuously as a member of the 47th, 48th, 49th 50th, 51st and 52nd Parliaments.

She was first elected on 27 July 2002. She was a government minister under John Key and Bill English. Prior to entering politics, she worked as a commercial lawyer, including running her own practice for a decade.

She is currently on the Finance and Expenditure Select Committee and is party spokesperson for Housing and Urban Development, Infrastructure and Planning (RMA reform).
